Pour in kefir, preferably not from the refrigerator. Instead of kefir, you can use sour milk, drinking yogurt, yogurt or fermented baked milk. In general, any fermented milk product is suitable, except sour cream.

Sift the wheat flour, select as much as needed, pour it into a bowl with kefir and egg. Immediately add the whole grain.

Using a whisk or mixer, beat the dough without lumps, homogeneous, approximately as thick as liquid pancakes. This is what we need; after adding soda, the dough will fluff up and become liquid. But if you make it like this right away, then it will be like water, you will need to add flour.

We extinguish the soda with vinegar. I always do this - I don't like the salty taste of soda in baked goods, vinegar eliminates it. At first the soda will foam, you need to stir it and wait a little until the foam settles.

Pour into bowl with dough. Do you see what happened to him? All these holes and air bubbles are the result of the work of soda; the pancake dough has become watery, like... . Add sunflower oil and whisk again. Cover the dish and let the dough rest for a quarter of an hour. If after 15 minutes the dough has thickened, pour in a third of a glass of boiling water, stir and start baking pancakes.

Under the very first pancake, grease the surface of the frying pan with a little oil. Scoop out the dough with a ladle and pour it into the hot frying pan. After 1.5-2 minutes, turn over and finish frying the second side.

Chocolate icing is made from equal parts cocoa powder, sugar and water. Take four teaspoons of these products, mix and put on low heat. Cook for about five minutes, stirring constantly, until the glaze thickens. Let it cool, we need it warm, not completely cooled. Cold glaze will become dense and will not pour out of a spoon.

Preparing the filling for strawberry pancakes. We take delicious cottage cheese, it should not be watery, this filling will flow. Mix with sour cream and sugar.

Cut the strawberries into pieces and add to the cottage cheese.

Place a strip of filling on one edge of the pancake. Roll it up into a tube. You can trim the ends so that the tubes look neat.

Place in portions on plates, pour over warm chocolate glaze, and sprinkle with chopped strawberries. If you don’t want to bother with the glaze, you can make strawberry sauce in a blender or mash it with sugar.

Well, we're all ready! Place cups of tea, strawberries pureed with sugar, sour cream on the table and invite everyone to the table.
